Notice of Annual General Meeting at St. Marks’s Church Hall, Little Common, Bexhill on Sea.

Dear members of Churches Together in Bexhill,

Greetings in Jesus’ name.

For Churches Together as a charity since 2012, we have an AGM to review
the last year, receive accounts, thank its trustees, and note that its
assets and responsibilities have now been passed to CTiB with a new
charity number as a CIO (Charitable incorporated Organisation).

Please find two papers attached:  Annual Report (with Chairman’s Report
on page two); and Accounts to 31 March.

Then, for CTiB as a CIO, we have its first AGM. Please come and join us
in praying that what we do proclaims the Lordship of Christ in Bexhill.

For this, two more papers attached:  Agenda for First AGM; and Financial
Report 2024 CIO.

Along with these, I also attach nomination forms for Officers (ie Chair,
Treasurer, Secretary).

 From the invitation in my last letter (on 25th March), many of you have
signed forms to become members, either as individuals or as the
designated representative of a group or church. Thank you. But this
email is also sent to these on the old list who did not return their
forms, as a prompt to think of doing so. (Yes, that is why you have not
been receiving any CTiB communication recently!)

Finally, should you want to give financially to the work of CTiB,

80351598. Alternatively, cheques may be made out to ‘Churches Together
